An overview of the

MAX2390 - MAX2393 / MAX2396 / MAX2400 (collectively referred to as MAX2390 series) is a fully integrated direct conversion receiver chip, suitable for w-cdma and TDSCDMA applications.

MAX2390 series receiver IC with more than 90 dB dynamic gain control range, in the LNA input and reference for the typical noise coefficient of 2.7 dB. Each receiver are included with the on chip output matching and two-stage gain control of the low current, low noise amplifier (LNA). Zero IF demodulator with differential circuit topology structure, can minimize the LO leakage at the input to the receiver. Channel selection in the integrated chip receiver baseband part of the low pass filter. AGC choose to have more than 50 db gain control. LO orthogonal generator to book via binary frequency standard device in the finish. Baseband I/Q channels of DC offset to eliminate use in DC servo loop is complete. For in the shortest possible time rapid correction of large DC offset transient, eliminated by optimizing the DC offset time constant of the circuit to realize fast settling time.

MAX2390 series using 3 line serial bus configuration different receiver models. Including a/SHDN pin at the same time, in order to realize the device completely shut off. The receiver adopts advanced high frequency SiGe BiCMOS process manufacturing. IC work from + 2.7 V to + 3.3 V single power supply, small pins, leadless QFN - EP encapsulating (5 mm x 5 mm).
